Nylon membrane is naturally hydrophilic, high mechanical strength, and has a unique flow rate advantage. The positively charged nylon membrane is specially modified, and the positively charged groups are uniformly distributed on the surface of the membrane. Similarly, the surface of negatively charged nylon membrane evenly distributes negatively charged groups, which can adsorb certain positive elements, such as nucleic acids.
